Hi Everyone!

 

Dave & Patrick Davis from The NBAA/Southern Ohio Bass Challenge (www.sobc-nbaa.com) had contacted us here at the NBAA/OCDC a couple of weeks ago about teaming up together to bring you an AWESOME, late summer Open Tournament! Through numerous phone calls & many e-mails we concluded that we needed to agree on a location where we could “meet each other half way”, and provide you one of Ohio’s finest fisheries to compete at for that time of the season!

 

Well….the details have been worked out, permits have been procured, and we’re proud to announce:

Saturday – September 4^th, 2010!

 

For an $85.00 entry fee (includes Big Bass) you’ll have a shot at an AWESOME PAYOUT, and some really COOL DOOR PRIZES provided by both of our Circuit’s Sponsors. During registration, you’ll receive a “Welcome Bag” filled with goodies and Yum-ee Donuts will provide you with donuts & bottled water to enjoy before takeoff. At weigh in, for a small donation, The Annehurst Swim Team from Westerville, Ohio will have a SUPER MENU of FOOD for sale to satisfy your hunger! (Oh…your donation is 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE, and profits go to the Swim Team!) We’ll also have a 50/50 CASH raffle that will benefit The Annehurst Swim Team and allow you another chance to take home more money! WOW…what more could you ask for?

2011 Championship Location Announced!

The deal is done. NBAA will be going to Kentucky/Barkley Lakes for the Lazer Sharp Red, White & Blue National Championships in 2011. Anglers across NBAA have been asking for it and now they’re going to get it. Not only will the 2010 Fall Classic be on Kentucky/Barkley Lakes now the spring National Championships will be there too.

The dates for Championship Week 2011 are as follows:

• Wednesday - April 27, 2011 – Registration
• Thursday - April 28, 2011 – White Championship Day
• Friday - April 29, 2011 – Blue Championship Day
• Saturday - April 30, 2011 – Red Championship Day

Registration will take place at the Ken-Bar Lodge and the event will be launching out of the Kentucky Dam Marina.
