"Weekend Challenge" Events explained:

Our original Weekend Challenge events have evolved from one Great Lakes division to dozens of divisions located throughout the Midwest and reaching as far as Texas. Anglers compete throughout the season to qualify for a year end classic event and a chance to win a Tracker/NITRO boat with a Mercury outboard. Each division has the atmosphere of a local club with the opportunity to qualify for a national championship.

NBAA Weekend Championship:

Teams typically fish 5 events in the Weekend Challenge divisions and will qualify for the championship based on standings with the top 30% of the field qualifying outright as well as “wildcard draws”. The championship will be solely organized by the NBAA and will consist of banquets, plaques, prizes and other items. Also, please refer to the rules section for specifics on weigh ins, scoring and other details that you should be familiar with.

Entry Fee Breakdown:

Typical entry fee for weekend tournaments is $95.00 per boat per event, with an optional $10.00 Big Bass pot. You can fish these Weekend Challenge events alone but keep in mind these events are designed as team tournaments.
